Xoá tài khoản KIRAORA

Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản KIRAORA và toàn bộ dữ liệu của mình bất cứ lúc nào, miễn phí, không cần ai duyệt. Có ba cách, cách nào cũng xóa như nhau.
Cách 1 — Trong ứng dụng (Android, iPhone hoặc trình duyệt)
Đăng nhập, bấm vào ảnh đại diện ở góc trên bên phải, chọn Hồ sơ của tôi.
Kéo xuống cuối trang, bấm Xoá tài khoản.
Gõ XOA vào ô xác nhận, rồi bấm Xoá tài khoản.
Nhập lại mật khẩu KIRAORA của bạn. Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Google hoặc Apple (chưa có mật khẩu KIRAORA), chúng tôi gửi một mã 6 số tới email của tài khoản — nhập mã ấy. Bước này để người khác cầm máy của bạn không xóa được tài khoản.
Cách 2 — Khi bạn đã gỡ ứng dụng
Mở https://www.kiraora.com bằng trình duyệt trên máy tính hay điện thoại, đăng nhập bằng đúng tài khoản ấy, rồi làm như cách 1.
Cách 3 — Gửi thư
Gửi thư tới privacy@kiraora.com từ địa chỉ email của tài khoản, tiêu đề «Xóa tài khoản». Chúng tôi xóa tài khoản theo đúng mục «Những gì bị xóa» dưới đây và báo lại cho bạn qua thư.
Những gì bị xóa
Khi bạn xóa tài khoản: email, mật khẩu, biệt danh, ảnh đại diện, toàn bộ tiến độ học, XP, chuỗi ngày và vị trí trên bảng xếp hạng bị xóa vĩnh viễn trong vòng 30 ngày. Chúng tôi chỉ giữ lại chứng từ thanh toán mà luật kế toán buộc phải giữ, và các số liệu thống kê đã được ẩn danh hoàn toàn (không còn cách nào lần ngược về bạn).
Xóa tài khoản cũng xóa ngay mã bạn bè và mọi liên kết theo dõi của bạn (người bạn theo dõi và người theo dõi bạn).
Nếu bạn đã đăng nhập bằng Apple, khi bạn xóa tài khoản chúng tôi đồng thời đề nghị Apple thu hồi quyền đăng nhập mà bạn đã cấp cho KIRAORA, và xóa mã làm mới. Bạn cũng có thể tự ngừng dùng Apple với KIRAORA trong phần cài đặt tài khoản Apple; khi đó tài khoản KIRAORA và tiến độ học của bạn vẫn được giữ.
Delete your KIRAORA account

You can delete your KIRAORA account and all your data at any time, free of charge, without anyone having to approve it. There are three ways; each one deletes the same things.
Option 1 — In the app (Android, iPhone or browser)
Sign in, tap your avatar in the top right corner and choose My profile.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE in the confirmation box, then tap Delete account.
Enter your KIRAORA password again. If you sign in with Google or Apple (no KIRAORA password), we email a 6-digit code to the account’s address — enter that code. This check stops someone else holding your device from deleting your account.
Option 2 — If you have uninstalled the app
Open https://www.kiraora.com in a browser on a computer or phone, sign in with the same account, then follow option 1.
Option 3 — By email
Write to privacy@kiraora.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account as described in “What is deleted” below and confirm by email.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, your email, password, nickname, avatar, all your learning progress, your XP, your streak and your leaderboard position are permanently erased within 30 days. The only things we keep are the payment records accounting law obliges us to keep, and statistics that have been fully anonymised (with no way left of tracing them back to you).
Deleting your account also immediately deletes your friend code and all your follow links (the people you follow and the people who follow you).
If you signed in with Apple, when you delete your account we also ask Apple to revoke the sign-in permission you gave KIRAORA, and we delete the refresh token. You can also stop using Apple with KIRAORA yourself in your Apple Account settings; your KIRAORA account and your learning progress are then kept.
Supprimer votre compte KIRAORA

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte KIRAORA et toutes vos données à tout moment, gratuitement, sans attendre l’accord de quiconque. Il existe trois façons de le faire ; chacune supprime exactement la même chose.
Façon 1 — Dans l’application (Android, iPhone ou navigateur)
Connectez-vous, appuyez sur votre avatar en haut à droite et choisissez Mon profil.
Faites défiler jusqu’en bas de la page et appuyez sur Supprimer le compte.
Tapez SUPPRIMER dans la case de confirmation, puis appuyez sur Supprimer le compte.
Saisissez à nouveau votre mot de passe KIRAORA. Si vous vous connectez avec Google ou Apple (sans mot de passe KIRAORA), nous envoyons un code à 6 chiffres à l’adresse e-mail du compte : saisissez ce code. Cette vérification empêche une autre personne qui tient votre appareil de supprimer votre compte.
Façon 2 — Si vous avez désinstallé l’application
Ouvrez https://www.kiraora.com dans un navigateur (ordinateur ou téléphone), connectez-vous avec le même compte, puis suivez la façon 1.
Façon 3 — Par e-mail
Écrivez à privacy@kiraora.com depuis l’adresse e-mail de votre compte, avec pour objet « Supprimer mon compte ». Nous supprimons le compte comme indiqué dans « Ce qui est supprimé » ci-dessous et vous le confirmons par e-mail.
Ce qui est supprimé
Lorsque vous supprimez votre compte : e-mail, mot de passe, pseudonyme, avatar, toute la progression, les XP, les séries de jours et votre place au classement sont définitivement supprimés dans un délai de 30 jours. Nous ne conservons que les pièces justificatives de paiement que le droit comptable nous impose de garder, ainsi que des statistiques entièrement anonymisées (plus aucun moyen de remonter jusqu’à vous).
La suppression du compte supprime aussi immédiatement votre code ami et tous vos liens d’abonnement (les personnes que vous suivez et vos abonnés).
Si vous vous êtes connecté avec Apple, lorsque vous supprimez votre compte nous demandons aussi à Apple de révoquer l’autorisation de connexion que vous avez accordée à KIRAORA, et nous effaçons le jeton d’actualisation. Vous pouvez aussi cesser vous-même d’utiliser Apple avec KIRAORA dans les réglages de votre compte Apple ; votre compte KIRAORA et votre progression sont alors conservés.
Ihr KIRAORA-Konto löschen

Sie können Ihr KIRAORA-Konto und alle Ihre Daten jederzeit kostenlos löschen, ohne dass jemand zustimmen muss. Es gibt drei Wege; jeder löscht genau dasselbe.
Weg 1 — In der App (Android, iPhone oder Browser)
Melden Sie sich an, tippen Sie oben rechts auf Ihren Avatar und wählen Sie Mein Profil.

Geben Sie Ihr KIRAORA-Passwort erneut ein. Wenn Sie sich mit Google oder Apple anmelden (ohne KIRAORA-Passwort), senden wir einen 6-stelligen Code an die E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos – geben Sie diesen Code ein. Diese Prüfung verhindert, dass jemand anderes, der Ihr Gerät in der Hand hat, Ihr Konto löscht.
Weg 2 — Wenn Sie die App bereits deinstalliert haben
Öffnen Sie https://www.kiraora.com im Browser eines Computers oder Smartphones, melden Sie sich mit demselben Konto an und gehen Sie wie bei Weg 1 vor.
Weg 3 — Per E-Mail
Schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an privacy@kiraora.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen das Konto wie unten unter „Was gelöscht wird“ beschrieben und bestätigen es Ihnen per E-Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
Wenn Sie Ihr Konto löschen, werden Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihr Passwort, Ihr Spitzname, Ihr Avatar, Ihr gesamter Lernfortschritt, Ihre XP, Ihre Serie und Ihr Platz in der Rangliste innerhalb von 30 Tagen endgültig gelöscht. Wir behalten nur die Zahlungsbelege, die wir nach dem Buchhaltungsrecht aufbewahren müssen, sowie vollständig anonymisierte Statistiken (die sich in keiner Weise mehr auf Sie zurückführen lassen).
Mit der Löschung Ihres Kontos werden außerdem sofort Ihr Freundescode und alle Ihre Follow-Verbindungen gelöscht (die Personen, denen Sie folgen, und die Personen, die Ihnen folgen).
Wenn Sie sich mit Apple angemeldet haben, bitten wir Apple beim Löschen Ihres Kontos außerdem, die Anmeldeerlaubnis zu widerrufen, die Sie KIRAORA erteilt haben, und löschen das Aktualisierungstoken. Sie können die Nutzung von Apple mit KIRAORA auch selbst in den Einstellungen Ihres Apple Accounts beenden; Ihr KIRAORA-Konto und Ihr Lernfortschritt bleiben dann erhalten.
Eliminar tu cuenta de KIRAORA

Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de KIRAORA y todos tus datos en cualquier momento, gratis y sin que nadie tenga que aprobarlo. Hay tres formas de hacerlo; todas eliminan lo mismo.
Forma 1 — En la aplicación (Android, iPhone o navegador)
Inicia sesión, toca tu avatar en la esquina superior derecha y elige Mi perfil.
Desplázate hasta el final de la página y toca Eliminar cuenta.
Escribe ELIMINAR en la casilla de confirmación y toca Eliminar cuenta.
Vuelve a escribir tu contraseña de KIRAORA. Si inicias sesión con Google o Apple (sin contraseña de KIRAORA), enviamos un código de 6 cifras al correo de la cuenta: escribe ese código. Esta comprobación impide que otra persona que tenga tu dispositivo elimine tu cuenta.
Forma 2 — Si ya desinstalaste la aplicación
Abre https://www.kiraora.com en el navegador de un ordenador o de un móvil, inicia sesión con la misma cuenta y sigue la forma 1.
Forma 3 — Por correo electrónico
Escribe a privacy@kiraora.com desde la dirección de correo de tu cuenta con el asunto «Eliminar cuenta». Eliminamos la cuenta como se indica en «Qué se elimina», más abajo, y te lo confirmamos por correo.
Qué se elimina
Cuando eliminas tu cuenta, tu correo electrónico, tu contraseña, tu apodo, tu avatar, todo tu progreso de aprendizaje, tus XP, tu racha y tu posición en la clasificación se borran de forma permanente en un plazo de 30 días. Lo único que conservamos son los registros de pago que la normativa contable nos obliga a conservar y las estadísticas que se han anonimizado por completo (sin ninguna posibilidad de vincularlas de nuevo contigo).
Eliminar tu cuenta también borra de inmediato tu código de amigo y todos tus vínculos de seguimiento (las personas a las que sigues y tus seguidores).
Si iniciaste sesión con Apple, cuando eliminas tu cuenta también pedimos a Apple que revoque el permiso de inicio de sesión que diste a KIRAORA, y borramos el token de actualización. También puedes dejar de usar Apple con KIRAORA desde los ajustes de tu cuenta de Apple; en ese caso, tu cuenta de KIRAORA y tu progreso se conservan.
KIRAORAアカウントの削除

KIRAORAのアカウントとすべてのデータは、いつでも無料で削除できます。誰かの承認を待つ必要はありません。方法は三つあり、どの方法でも削除される内容は同じです。
方法1 — アプリで（Android、iPhone、ブラウザ）
ログインし、右上のアバターをタップしてマイプロフィールを選びます。

KIRAORAのパスワードをもう一度入力します。GoogleまたはAppleでログインしている場合（KIRAORAのパスワードなし）は、アカウントのメールアドレスに6桁のコードを送りますので、そのコードを入力します。この確認により、端末を手にした他人がアカウントを削除することを防ぎます。
方法2 — アプリをアンインストールした場合
パソコンやスマートフォンのブラウザで https://www.kiraora.com を開き、同じアカウントでログインしてから方法1のとおりに操作します。
方法3 — メールで依頼
アカウントのメールアドレスから privacy@kiraora.com へ、件名「アカウント削除」でメールをお送りください。下の「削除される内容」のとおりにアカウントを削除し、メールでお知らせします。
削除される内容
アカウントを削除すると、メールアドレス、パスワード、ニックネーム、アバター、すべての学習の進み具合、XP、連続記録、ランキングの順位が30日以内に完全に消去されます。当方が保持するのは、会計法令により保存が義務づけられている支払い関連書類と、完全に匿名化された統計（利用者までさかのぼる手段が一切残っていないもの）だけです。
アカウントを削除すると、フレンドコードとすべてのフォロー関係（利用者がフォローしている人とフォロワー）もただちに削除されます。
Apple でサインインしていた場合、アカウントを削除すると、当方は利用者が KIRAORA に与えたサインインの許可を取り消すよう Apple に依頼し、リフレッシュトークンを消去します。利用者は Apple アカウントの設定から、KIRAORA での Apple の利用を自分で停止することもできます。その場合、KIRAORA のアカウントと学習の進み具合はそのまま残ります。
KIRAORA 계정 삭제

KIRAORA 계정과 모든 데이터는 언제든지 무료로 삭제할 수 있으며, 누구의 승인도 필요하지 않습니다. 방법은 세 가지이며, 어느 방법을 쓰든 삭제되는 내용은 같습니다.

계정의 이메일 주소에서 privacy@kiraora.com으로 「계정 삭제」라는 제목의 이메일을 보내 주십시오. 아래 「삭제되는 정보」에 적힌 대로 계정을 삭제하고 이메일로 알려 드립니다.
삭제되는 정보
계정을 삭제하면 이메일, 비밀번호, 별명, 아바타, 모든 학습 진도, XP, 연속 학습 기록과 순위표 순위가 30일 이내에 영구히 삭제됩니다. 저희가 보관하는 것은 회계 관련 법률에 따라 보관해야 하는 결제 기록과 완전히 익명화된 통계(여러분에게로 거슬러 올라갈 방법이 전혀 남지 않은 통계)뿐입니다.
계정을 삭제하면 친구 코드와 모든 팔로우 관계(여러분이 팔로우하는 사람과 여러분의 팔로워)도 즉시 삭제됩니다.
Apple로 로그인한 경우, 계정을 삭제하면 저희는 여러분이 KIRAORA에 준 로그인 권한을 철회하도록 Apple에 요청하고 갱신 토큰을 삭제합니다. 여러분은 Apple 계정 설정에서 직접 KIRAORA에서의 Apple 사용을 중단할 수도 있으며, 이때 KIRAORA 계정과 학습 진도는 그대로 유지됩니다.
删除您的 KIRAORA 账户

您可以随时免费删除 KIRAORA 账户及您的全部数据，无需任何人审批。共有三种方式，无论用哪种方式，删除的内容都相同。

方式二 — 已卸载应用时
在电脑或手机的浏览器中打开 https://www.kiraora.com，用同一账户登录，然后按方式一操作。
方式三 — 发送邮件
请用账户的电子邮箱向 privacy@kiraora.com 发送邮件，标题为“删除账户”。我们会按照下方“删除的内容”删除账户，并通过邮件告知您。
删除的内容
删除账户后，您的电子邮箱、密码、昵称、头像、全部学习进度、XP、连续学习天数和排行榜名次将在30天内被永久删除。我们仅保留会计法要求我们保存的支付记录，以及已完全匿名化（再也无法追溯到您）的统计数据。
删除账户时，您的好友码和所有关注关系（您关注的人和关注您的人）也会立即删除。
如果您曾使用 Apple 登录，在您删除账户时，我们还会请求 Apple 撤销您授予 KIRAORA 的登录授权，并删除刷新令牌。您也可以在 Apple 账户设置中自行停止在 KIRAORA 上使用 Apple；此时您的 KIRAORA 账户和学习进度会被保留。
